If you just need to loose that stubborn 5 to 10 pounds here is a quick and easy way to do it. For the next 10 days, here is what NOT TO HAVE -No chips, cookies, junk, candy or chocolate, no sugary drinks or alcohol. Come on, it’s just for 10 days!
Day 1 to 3: Here is what to eat for the first 3 days:
Meal 1: medium size bowl of oatmeal with some berries, & 3/4 cup egg whites with 1 whole egg (about 25 grams of protein total)
Meal 2: 1 scoop Protein (about 25 grams of protein) 2-3 grams of fish oil
Meal 3: 1 scoop Protein (about 25 grams) small handful of walnuts or unsalted almonds
Meal 4: Fish or chicken (medium piece- about 25 grams of protein), salad or veggies but no starchy carbs
If your starving later, have another shake. Sip on water all day, don’t gulp it down sip it, at least 4-5 bottles. The added water with the low carbs will make you loose water. In addition to the water, you can have tea or black coffee. We also recommend to NOT eat any red meat or pork during the 10 days, as they are tougher to digest. The goal is to loose fat and water. Having some fiber and or a greens drink also has some added benefit as a mild cleanse during the 10 day period.
Meal 1 : same as Day 1-3
Meal 2: same as Day 1-3
Meal 3: Fish with rice or sweet potato and veggies
Meal 4: 1 scoop Protein with walnuts
Meal 5: Fish with Rice or sweet potato and veggies
Day 5 to 7: same as Day 1-3
Day 8: same as Day 4
Day 9 & 10 – same as Day 1-3
Day 11 – hit the beach in your new bikini and enjoy your self. When you get home, try the same program for another 10 days – then follow our “Simple Diet” up next!
Remember, for 10 days no junk food, processed food, sugary drinks or alcohol, eliminate salt and sugar and drink lots of water. The stricter you are, the better the results – no cheating for 10 days! Go to the gym every day for the 10 days – do something – weights and or cardio, or any outdoor activities as well, get that metabolism in high gear! You will be happy you did!
